Sports Injury
We are experienced in managing sports injuries for both the individual athlete and professional sporting organisations, across a diverse range of sports and ages. We believe that Injury management/treatment results in an improved performance on the field, by avoiding time on the sidelines, due to an injury.
We aim to identify and address the underlying causes of both Injury and poor performance, as these are both intrinsically related.

Director / Head Physiotherapist
Rowan has provided Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy services for over 10 years, as a Master of Physiotherapy.
Rowan has managed a diverse range of conditions, such as Frozen Shoulder, Nerve Injuries, Rotator Cuff Related Pain/Tears, Tennis Elbow, Hip Bursitis, Osteoarthritis, Pre/Post-operative Rehabilitation, Plantar Heel Pain...just to name a few.
Rowan has the latest skills and experience required to identify the root cause of your pain and create a plan that aims to provide a long-lasting change to his patient's function, performance and overall wellbeing.
